Why am I unable to install SureBüddy?
The application will only work on an Android phone such as Samsung, Boost, Huawei, LG and some HTC and Sony devices. The later models of Blackberries with Android OS will also work.

Will the advertisements be annoying?
No, you will only be watching ads when you click on the ‘Watch Ads’ button. Also, you can set reminders for yourself. And above all, But for once unlike all the other platforms, YOU will benefit from watching advertisements.
Does SureBüddy consume much data?
We have optimised the app so that it does not use much storage or the data. If you are a regular, you can expect it to use between 20 –40 MB per day. It will also be downloaded over a wi-fi connection when possible.
How will I know whether SureBüddy is active on my phone?
The SureBüddy app runs in the background and hence, nothing will be different on your phone. However, you will get the reminders during the time slot set by you in the App’s ‘My Reminders’ section so you don’t miss your target Ads views and stay an active policy Holder for the entire Tenure.
Bottom Line: SureBüddy costs you nothing.
What happens if I exceed my required monthly Ad target?
The extra Ads watched get added to the user’s kitty and would be utilised to fulfil the following months’ Ad targets. It never gets wasted. So, you are free to complete your annual Ads target (monthly Ad Count x 12) for the Policy coverage at your convenience.
How and when would I get other types of Insurance?
Currently, the App is launching with an extensive Personal Accident Insurance cover. However, we would be adding other Insurance products soon. We are also equally excited for the same.
After completing the Ads target, how long does it take to get the Insurance Policy issued?
The policy gets issued to you within a period of 24 hours. The ‘Active’ status gets reflected in your account in the App.
How do I claim my benefit if I don't have access to the internet?
There are a number of places where you can get free Wi-Fi Internet access including many Public places like Cafes, Restaurants, Malls etc.
How do I know if I still qualify for the SureBüddy benefits?
As long as you have SureBüddy active on your phone, and you keep watching the requisite number of advertisements, you will be eligible for the benefits. You will receive an SMS every month as long as you are active on the application.
What happens if I missed my monthly Ads target?
If the monthly Ads watch target was missed due to any reason, the Policy gets expired. There would be periodic notifications sent however to your phone so that you stay on However, once can instantly get a new policy added to his/ her account and that policy gets activated once the corresponding Ad watch target is achieved.
Who is eligible for SureBuddy benefits?
Anybody who is between the age range of 18-60 years is eligible to get an insurance cover in SureBuddy application
What information do I need to provide to get a policy?
We only need your basic information like Name, DOB, Address. Email address is not mandatory but it’s always good to feed in that information so we can keep you updated on other relevant updates to the App.
Who is FINKAI?
FINKAI is the group/master policyholder for all the SureBuddy users. What this means is - FINKAI ensures that you are able to access the SureBuddy app and get the insurance as soon as you complete the required Ad views.
